Raemy qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London with Deloitte & Touche before moving into banking in 2001. Prior to founding Forward Financials, she worked at an international bank preparing financial models and risk reports to enable lending decisions. An integral part of the work involved evaluating business strategy. As a result, she is an experienced Financial and Business Analyst with a wealth of UK and international accounting knowledge.
Raemy is a fluent French speaker and has in the past worked on a number of high profile European deals including the financial modelling of the Co-operative Group’s acquisition of Somerfield using sensitivity scenarios to allow lenders to gain comfort with associated risk.
Raemy also analysed the Hilton Group’s sale of Hilton Hotels Ltd to Hilton Corporation in the US and the subsequent rebranding of the remaining UK Group as Ladbrokes to provide management and lenders a tool to assess various financing options.
More recently, through Forward Financials, Raemy has produced detailed forecasts for international businesses such as Tarsus Plc where her sensitised model for their Corporate Finance team helped secure flexible, long-term funding. She also has considerable experience in working with owner-managed businesses providing business plans, finance manager support and due diligence to help assess and secure lucrative contracts and obtain funding for growth.

With over 20 years’ experience in banking Delphine is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. Prior to founding Forward Financials she worked in the City at RBS plc. Here she headed a team of Corporate Analysts, evaluating client risk and allocating credit grades.
Experience includes the modelling of Land Trillium, running sensitivities, instigating covenants and providing a lending risk report and grade based on its split from the wider Land Securities Group. Delphine was also the senior analyst responsible for Ferrovial/BAA, modelling sale scenarios and analysing cash flow.
Delphine has considerable experience as a lending decision maker within bank central lending units analysing Business Plans, agreeing deals and setting pricing, covenant and security requirements for start-ups, SMEs and commercial businesses. She has also directly relationship managed her own portfolio of clients. Her extensive banking knowledge, analytical expertise and accounting background provide her with comprehensive skills in business assessment.
Based in Cambridgeshire, she now helps SMEs access finance and improve cash flow though a better understanding of their business and improved financial monitoring and forecasting systems. She has also worked with large corporates such as St Andrew’s Healthcare, building tailored management account and forecasting models that can evolve and aid project and finance decisions.
