Delphine is a Chartered Certified Accountant and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers having worked in senior finance roles for over 20 years. Prior to founding Forward Financials, she worked in the City at RBS plc as a Credit Sanctioner and Corporate Analyst where her high-profile deals included the Ferrovial/BAA acquisition and the Land Securities/Trillium split.

Since forming Forward Financials over 15 years ago she has assisted clients drive growth, strengthen cash flow, implement accurate reporting and improve stakeholder visibility. She also ensures businesses are sale ready, implementing financial systems that stand up to third party scrutiny and holds an ACCA Certificate in Business Valuations.

Delphine is a specialist in building integrated, scenario-based financial models to support debt/equity applications, MBO’s, acquisitions, strategic planning and cash management. Going the extra mile, she uses her accounting and lender knowledge to ensure the data within models is credible. Her models are currently providing ongoing financial visibility in owner managed businesses and larger corporates such as St Andrew’s Healthcare and Satco Plastics.

She has an excellent track record in raising finance. This is helped by her extensive network and first-hand knowledge of bank credit processes, their approach to risk, products, pricing, covenants and security.

Neil joined Forward Financials in late 2023 and has over 30 years’ experience in senior finance positions within banking, education, SMEs and the NHS.

During his career in banking, Neil was a senior Relationship Manager, structuring deals and taking them forward to credit committee. As Head of Global Corporate and Personal Banking at RBS Shipping, he managed a team of over 50 and was responsible for clients including EasyJet. As Project Manager of Anti-Money Laundering Compliance, Neil also partnered KPMG to develop improved business processes.

Since leaving banking over 10 years ago, Neil has, through his own business ventures and more recently through Forward Financials, supported a wide range of clients, enabling them to plan, restructure, obtain finance and grow. Key to this has been close management of cash flow and the maximisation of income and profitability through allocating staff and resources to best effect.

Not afraid to roll up his sleeves, Neil has been instrumental in implementing client’s accounting and management systems, driving efficient operations, implementing cost controls and providing analysis to support strategic decisions.
